// SECTION C0VENDRIC LABS · BOISE · MMXXVI

A research company.
Software for the record.

Vendric Labs ships software where the record is the product. Three products on one cryptographic substrate. Boise, Idaho. Founded MMXXVI. The four things we won’t move on, the things we refuse to do, the founder behind the work, and the substrate underneath the product — all below.

// SECTION 03TENETS

Four things we won’t move on.

The brand voice in one sentence is what we won’t do and what we won’t stop being. These four are the second half. Everything downstream — the protocol claims, the trust page, the founder note — flows from them.

I.

Honesty.

Only assert what is true today. We won't claim a certification we haven't earned, name an auditor we haven't engaged, or describe a primitive we haven't shipped. The /trust page reflects status, not aspirations.

II.

Transparency.

Trust signals belong in the nav, the hero, and the first sales touch — not buried in a footer. Verification keys are not garnish. The audit chain is verifiable without our cooperation, by anyone holding a tenant key.

III.

Integrity.

Software that respects the user, the record, and the regulator — in that order. The substrate has to outlive the company that shipped it. Customer data stays the customer's; data exports with cryptographic proof, on schedule.

IV.

Empower, not replace.

AI is the draft; you are the record. The submit button is in your hand, where it should be. Reeve drafts the OSHA filing — the GC signs. Vendric is a memory layer for your own judgement, not a substitute for it.

// SECTION 04POSTURE

A short list of things we refuse to do, in the order they matter.

Most brand voice guides describe what a company sounds like. This one describes what it won’t. The negative space is the position.

01

We don't say "AI-powered."

Vendric is the memory layer underneath. Reeve cites 29 CFR 1926 verbatim. Compli signs an audit chain you can verify yourself.

02

We don't say "revolutionary."

Reeve generates tamper-evident PDFs for subpoenaed incident date ranges in under five seconds. That's a specific number.

03

We don't put trust signals in the footer.

They belong in the nav, the hero, and the first sales touch. Verification keys are not garnish. See /trust for the full posture.

04

We don't market with fear.

Compliance is a problem of provenance, not punishment. We are not trying to scare you about your subs — we are trying to model them.

05

We don't ship a vendor lock-in.

Your data exports with cryptographic proof. Your audit chain is verifiable without our cooperation. Leaving us should cost you nothing.

06

We don't recreate the brand mark in code.

The V gem is a raster. Flatness is load-bearing. There are no gradients, no glow, no mesh, no shimmer anywhere on this page.

// SECTION 05UNDER THE PRODUCT

Reeve is the product. Two layers underneath make it possible.

Reeve runs on Compli, the platform engine. Compli runs on Vendric, the substrate. Both layers are licensable independently — useful where an existing product needs an audit-grade record layer and is willing to ride on one rather than build one.

i. · SUBSTRATE

Vendric.

Live · substrate

The memory layer underneath everything — cognition, prediction, and provenance for downstream products. Not a customer-facing app. Licensable as a substrate where an existing product needs durable memory or audit-grade provenance and is willing to ride on one rather than build one.

ii. · PLATFORM ENGINE

Compli.

Live · internal · partner-only

Multi-tenant platform engine for audit-grade compliance records. Tenant isolation, verification keys, tamper-evident export — the substrate other regulated verticals can build on. Powers Reeve today; built to power the next vertical.

Licensing terms and the technical brief are shared under NDA. Email taylormarr@vendriclabs.net if you want the conversation.

// SECTION 07FOUNDER · BOISE

Taylor Marr// founder
Taylor Marr
Founder & CEO · Vendric Labs
Boise, Idaho

The record is the product. Everything else is interface.

I started Vendric Labs because the same problem kept showing up across three industries: software that handles a consequential record — an OSHA log, a personal history, an insurance attestation — treats the record as data instead of as evidence. The substrate is wrong.

Compli fixes the substrate. Reeve is the first product on top of it — live in production for construction GCs today. Vendric is the consumer surface where persistent identity is the feature. Three audiences. One spine.

If any of that sounds like a problem you've worked on — as an operator, an investor, a cryptographer, or someone who's carried the OSHA logbook in the truck — email me directly. I read everything.
