Reeve is the newcomer that ships records OSHA recognizes. Compli is the compliance platform underneath it. Vendric is the memory layer underneath — cognition, prediction, and provenance for everything downstream.

A pre-seed round, structured around two things that have to happen first.
Vendric Labs is a sole proprietorship today. To take an investor’s wire, file the patents the substrate depends on, and clear trademarks before the next public announcement, the company converts to a Delaware C-Corp and stands up the IP estate in parallel.

I started Vendric Labs because the same problem kept showing up across three industries: software that handles a consequential record — an OSHA log, a personal history, an insurance attestation — treats the record as data instead of as evidence. The substrate is wrong.
Compli fixes the substrate. Reeve is the first product on top of it — live in production for construction GCs today. Vendric is the consumer surface where persistent identity is the feature. Three audiences. One spine.
